(Editor's note: The fund raising event was held Friday, January 27, 2012 at the Trailblazers Senior Citizens' Center.)
David and Alicia Graves and family would like to say a personal and special THANK YOU to all who helped with food, donations, silent auction, and also those who gave of their time for the benefit.
We are so gracious to live in such a giving and generous community as Post, TX. God has truly blessed us with such great friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, and church family. We are grateful to live in a community where we are loved by so many. It is truly amazing how this community came together to help us in our time of need.
Thank you all so much for your visits, cards, care packages, phone calls, flowers, and food brought to our house. It was all very unexpected. Your actions just go to prove that living in a small town can be a wonderful blessing when a neighbor is in need. We cannot say THANK YOU enough, Post, TX. You have truly Stepped Up and shown what great people we have.
We are going to try and list all who helped in any way for the hamburger Benefit Dinner and/or brought something by the house, or sent something to the hospital. If we leave anyone out, we do apologize. It is not intentional.
