Voting Open for Business and Citizen of the Year

Ragtown Gospel Theater will open its first performance for 2012 this weekend. “St. John and the Televangelist” will open on Friday at 7:30 p.m. with another performance at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. This play will run through March 24.
The elevator at the Garza County Courthouse is up and running. Stop by the Courthouse and take a free ride.
The Annual Chamber Awards Banquet is scheduled for February 25. We have nominations for Business and Citizen of the Year and want the entire community to vote for these awards. Ballots can be obtained by emailing, calling or coming by the PACC office. All ballots will need to be turned in by 5:00 p.m. on Friday February 10 to be counted. Wyman Meinzer, the official State Photographer of Texas, will lead a Night Photography class as part of a Photography Workshop in Post on February 24 & 25. For more information, contact the Caprock Cultural Association at 806-495-4148.
The Post Public Library is a free Poka Lambro Wi-Fi Hot Spot! If you have a Wi-Fi enabled device, you can enjoy free high speed internet service whenever you visit the Library.
Also, our Annual Garza County Job Fair will be in March. All businesses are invited to have a booth and present information to jobseekers. Booths are free for Chamber members and $25 for non-members.
